Compare Allstate Motor Club (AMC) to Better World Club (BWC)

Facts:
BWC provides nationwide 24-hour emergency roadside assistance including towing, lockout and flat tire assistance, jumpstarts, gas and fuel delivery, and covers you in any vehicle. BWC is NOT a reimbursement program. You pay a one-time annual membership fee and all services are covered up to your benefit limit. See more about our auto club.

Unlike Better World Club, Allstate Motor Club does not have a publicly available Advocacy eNewsletter, so while Allstate isn't involved in the same Highway Lobby to the same extent of AAA, they are also not encouraging the public to be involved with important transportation legislation.

The Allstate Motor Club entries on the chart below reflect prices and policies of the Californian Allstate, and prices in other regions may vary. Unlike Allstate Motor Club, BWC members may choose to have only one associate on a membership, without paying for the cost of an included associate. Allstate's Platinum ($180.95) and Deluxe ($132.95) membership fees both include coverage for a primary and secondary member, whereas adding an associate to BWC's Premium ($89.95 for primary member, $30 for per additional members) and Basic ($53.95 for primary member, $20 per additional members) is optional.

  • Household (PLUS) membership can cover up to four members of your family. This includes the primary member, spouse or domestic partner, children of the individual member who are of legal age, are a licensed driver and have the same principal residence as the individual member.
  • Additional drivers/cyclists are $20 per person for Basic Auto or Bicycle and $30 per person for Premium.
  • Price ranges and services listed are representative and not necessarily complete.
  • Check with your local club for specific rates, policies and services.
  • Member pays for gas, liquids, parts or materials delivered.
